Owner + Lead Instructor
I moved over to the USA from the UK after giving up my corporate career as a Manager in British Airways to follow my passion to teach primarily all aspects of Yoga. My teacher training was all done in India at the source in the Himalayas. I also teach and deliver Thai Yoga healing which was learnt in Thailand and am a professional and personal Life Coach as well as an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner - to take away self-limiting beliefs and achieve goals. I love helping people in any way I can, I believe it to be my life purpose.
Yoga and all the practices I teach have helped me through all aspects of my life, including a very long-term abusive relationship. These practices helped me to not only develop compassion for others who have been and are going through similar experiences but for myself too. I specialize in helping people with PTSD. I have been practicing Yoga for over 20 years and taught all of these practices for 7+ years. I love to share my passion for Yoga and achieving self-actualization with the world using all the tools and techniques I have discovered for myself.
I teach people from complete beginners to those who want to further their practice. I am a Yoga Alliance experienced 500 hour advanced level teacher and eternal student, so please come along to one of my asana and/or meditation classes and I will help you increase the flexibility of not only your body but your mind!

I am a graduate of the Integral Yoga Institute, Virginia, class of winter 2012 and a registered member of the Yoga Alliance. In 2013 I became a certified Reiki Practitioner. Reiki uses the universal life-force energy to bring healing to the whole person. It does this, in harmony with the natural intelligence of the mind and body, which work together to preserve and protect health and increase well being. (Reiki 1 and Reiki II) Additionally, I hold certifications in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation and Children's Yoga.
It is my belief that Yoga is designed to bring together the mind, body and soul by using body movement and meditation. It is based on the yogic strategy that the mind and body are in fact “One”.
I believe that if you practice yoga every day over a long period of time in earnest, it can help bring the body to reach a place of harmony and heal itself.

I began my personal yoga practice in 2013 to help find balance and relieve stress. During a time of chaotic transitions in my life, I found that yoga helped to bring clarity, peace and stillness to my mind, body and life during my 60-minute yoga practice each day. With a desire to learn more about the practice of yoga and the passion to help others discover inner peace in a busy world, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2016 at Julaka Yoga Studio in Hillsdale, NJ.
A lifelong learner, I continue to deepen my study of yoga through my daily commitment to my personal practice and self-study of yoga, movement, breath, mindfulness and meditation. I believes that the daily practice of yoga on our mats, helps us to connect inward in our lives. I feel destined to help bring healing to communities of people through the shared connection to the practice of yoga.
I was born in Paterson, NJ and moved down to Florida when I was 8 months old, but I consider myself a Florida native! My yoga journey started 10 years ago, I took yoga as an elective in College and loved how calm and relaxed I felt after class. Two years later, I began practicing hot power yoga regularly. After noticing the physical transformation it was having on me, I also began noticing the mentally and spiritual transformation as well. I use to suffer from heavy anxiety, i was always worried about the past and future, never truly living in the present moment. Yoga brought me that peace of mind.
I made the decision to dive deeper into my yoga journey and began my teacher training at YogaMatrix in Orlando under Edely Wallace in 2016. As I further explored the yoga philosophy, everything resonated with me. In February of 2017, I tore my ACL completely, snow skiing on my birthday. Staying optimistic I looked into all my options, surgery seemed too invasive for me. After doing research, speaking with doctors and physical therapists, I decided not to have surgery. Through yoga and physical therapy, I was on both feet in 4 months! I had to put the last two courses of my teacher training on hold. I focused on therapy and my yoga practice, which was much different during that time "a lot of breath work, patience, and bridges!" In May of 2018 I completed my 200hrs. "I truly believe in the power of the human body, it is an instrument and given the right tools, it can heal itself of anything!"
That experience pushed me even further down my path as a teacher and I have now completed my teacher training education in India in October of 2018 for my 300 hrs in Vinyasa flow! I am so grateful to be able to share my passion of yoga and what it can do for the mind, body, and spirit "It is for everyone and anyone, there are no limits, but within your mind!"
Stephanie is an adventurous spirit with a love for travel, photography, music, and of course, Yoga. She first discovered Yoga while preparing for a surf trip to Costa Rica in 2001. Searching for a form of exercise that would prepare her for the challenging Pacific surf, she soon discovered that Yoga was so much more than just a form of exercise. She fell in love with how the practice connected the mind, breath, and body as one entity.
Her admiration for Yoga and love for travel soon took her to Thailand where she had the unique opportunity to study with Paul Dallaghan at Centered Yoga. During her 200-hour teacher training she was able to immerse herself in the study of asana, pranayama, Sanskrit, yoga philosophy, and chanting. In her studies at Centered Yoga Stephanie discovered the concept that Yoga can be done anywhere, anytime, anyplace, which she put into practice on her return flight home, practicing Yoga while on the 15-hour commute back to the U.S. In 2015 Stephanie returned to her second home at Centered Yoga where she completed an 80-hour Prenatal Yoga certification. Stephanie has also had the pleasure of studying the art of sequencing Vinyasa Flow under Seane Corn and is a certified aqua yoga instructor under the guidance of Swami Nibhrtananda Camella Nair.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Sports and Exercise Science and enjoys studying the similarities between Anatomy and Physiology with that of the practical elements of Yoga. While her primary Yoga studies have been in the Ashtanga method, Stephanie also teaches Vinyasa flow, Yin, & Prenatal. A nurturer at heart Stephanie wants her students to take away elements of Yoga that they can use in their everyday life.
British born and previously a professional ice-figure skater. Now a Fitness instructor and Yoga teacher learning to live a kind and happy life.
I love different types of fitness formats, not just yoga. These include; of course ice skating, barre fitness, dance and functional training. I love to incorporate exercises in my flows that focus on the small connective tissues that can be easily injured if we aren’t mindful to train each day.
Having been through personal experiences of my own, I never thought the mindful aspect of yoga would become part of my life. I strive to find balance in this chaotic life that we live in with nature, art, beach trips, travel and my love for all animals.
In my free time I paint for fun and for commissions. You can even find my work in the studio in multiple places.
I am grateful for my yoga journey with Authentic-East in which I have grown a strong bond with and I am excited to see the growth and wellness spread throughout Orlando. I look forward to welcoming you to my classes.
I found yoga early in college where what began as a form of exercise, became a way of life. During the years between finding yoga in 2011 and finally getting certified in 2016, I struggled with mental health and found that yoga and meditation were a significant part of creating balance in my life.
Shortly after my introduction to yoga, I discovered the Enneagram, an ancient personality system, that was a powerful tool in my psychological and spiritual development. When I’m not teaching yoga, you can find me coaching and teaching the Enneagram to others.
Additionally, I’ve attended silent Vipassana meditation retreats and am a meditation enthusiast who leads others through guided meditations for mental and emotional health, as well as a spiritual connection.
Each of these practices helped me more fully understand myself and others so I could make conscious change, leading to a greater sense of well-being and joy in my life today, which I wish to help others cultivate.
I believe yoga is a journey to connect to Self and Consciousness. I aim to facilitate my students in their process to integrate their mind, body, and heart by developing compassionate self- and body- awareness
Whether it’s working with beginners or experienced yogis, I love to be of service others and hold space for my students on their journey of getting to know themselves more intimately.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 7 years. My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, and confident; both on and off the mat.
I discovered Yoga during my senior year of high school when responsibilities, stress, and real life suddenly became more prominent. With the years, I noticed that Yoga helped in all aspects of my life, sparking my curiosity about its true purpose. In 2017 I decided to do my 200hr YTT; and now that I am an instructor I truly know that I will always be a student of the practice eagerly seeking more knowledge and wisdom.
In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing with modifications for all levels using the breath as a main tool to guide each movement. I seek to help others gain love and appreciation for their own body, to introduce the oneness of the mind, body, and soul, and to encourage self-awareness and self-growth.
I stumbled across yoga in mid 2016 when I was taken to my first class ever, before the year was over I was enrolled in my Yoga Teacher Training. I decided to dive into the practice of yoga head first, I was convinced this was my calling to share this discovery with the world, so I went on to complete my 200 hour YTT. I found yoga during a very enlightening time in my life which drew me into the practice. Ever since finding my own inner light it has become my mission to share this gift with others and hopefully inspire them to find that same inner light within themselves. The answers we’re all searching for, lie within. Join me at the studio for a gentle beginners flow, I’ll be there to guide you through the poses physically, mentally and spiritually. My calm, warming spirit will leave you feeling relaxed and more at peace within yourself. All the while simultaneously providing you with the tools to find more ease, both on and off your mat and into your everyday life.
our lives. I feel destined to help bring healing to communities of people through the shared connection to the practice of yoga.
